The Story Behind IFA
My name is Jalen Erickson. I started Infinite Flow Agents because I watched hardworking Florida business owners — contractors, plumbers, roofers, HVAC techs — lose money every single day to a problem that was completely solvable. They were on job sites, doing the work, building their businesses with their hands. And while they were working, their phones were ringing — and nobody was answering.
Every missed call is a missed job. Every missed job is money that goes straight to a competitor. I called it the Lead Leak — and I built IFA to stop it.
I have spent 7 years studying, building with, and deploying AI systems — long before it became a buzzword. I hold multiple certifications from Anthropic, including Claude 101, AI Fluency: Framework & Foundations, Claude Code 101, Introduction to Model Context Protocol, Introduction to Claude CoWork, Claude Code in Action, Building With The Claude API, and MCP Advanced Topics. I am currently enrolled in additional Anthropic coursework on Skilljar.
As a military mom — my son is an active-duty United States Airman, stationed at MacDill Air Force Base in Tampa, FL — I understand what it means to operate with limited resources, maximum pressure, and zero margin for error. I built IFA with that same discipline.
