Terms of Service

1. Services

IFA provides done-for-you AI automation services including:

• Riley AI Voice Receptionist (Slayer Suite™)
• Digital Ecosystem (SEO + GEO + AIO)
• Workflow Automation (CRM + Lead Nurturing + Chatbots)
• Website Hosting & Maintenance
• Full Stack AI Infrastructure
• Google Business Profile Management

2. Commitment Period

All services require a 90-day minimum commitment to allow adequate time for SEO, AIO, and GEO indexing and ranking. After 90 days, either party may cancel with 30 days written notice to jalen@infiniteflowagents.com.

3. Pricing

Pricing is flat-fee as stated on the Pricing page at time of agreement. Setup fees are due at onboarding. Monthly fees are billed in advance. The standard Field Service Software Integrations service begins at $997 setup plus $337/month for one approved workflow on one client-selected platform, subject to feasibility and available integration access.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes shall be resolved in Hillsborough County, Florida.
